I am a mom of two kids and work from home. As a freelancer and blogger, I face the same challenges to improve productivity while working from home. I live in a small village, I need extra effort to manage all of my daily routine work. Here houses are large they need to be cleaned multiple times due to dust. People are very attached to each other they come and meet regularly basic. Sometimes I could not complete all of my daily tasks due to guests or sometimes I spent the whole day just spending ME TIME.
Did you know what happened the next day?
The next day I became more productive and completed all of the tasks fast.
Why???
Because I have a burden on my mind to do all of the things in a short time. Therefore sometimes if you take a break don’t beat yourself up over it.
We should understand not every day will be productive. As a human, we can not work like a machine. My main priority is always only focused to stick on a routine. Sometimes it would be okay if I became lazy and lost interest in completing all of my daily tasks.

Eat The Frog
Eat The Frog is an effective way to become more productive. It means doing your hardest task first. When you start with the tough thing, the rest of your day feels easier. It stops you from putting things off and helps you get things done better. If we start our day with the difficult stuff, other tasks become easier and we enjoy the working process.
Make a 60 Minutes Task
This is the most useful technique that I use and get amazing results. When I sit down to complete the task I make a 60-minute challenge to work without taking any breaks.
For example, if I have to write a post I stick it for about 60 minutes. I did not distract my attention from doing other things like, open phone, scrolling social media, talking to someone, etc. in this way I will be able to work more productively.
The second mistake that I made often when I start something I check again and again and edit multiple times until l lose interest in it. In this way, I could not complete any task at a time. Now 60 60-minute tasks remind me to focus only on one task and complete it fast compared to the old routine.
Make Sections for Complete Daily Tasks
This is another useful technique to divide into sections for completing daily tasks.
In my example, I divided all of my tasks into three sections for online work. In the morning I only did my online work. In the afternoon about one hour, I only did one of my clients’ work. At this time I upload his social media posts that I already designed.
In the evening if I have my client’s work I work on it otherwise I scroll social media learn new skills, complete remaining tasks, or do my favorite activities. Now I am planning to give 1 hour in the evening to learn more skills like web development, coding, etc.
You know when I was making dinner I made it more productive.

It helped me a lot to be more productive at work from home.
For this purpose, you can use
Stop to Start Multiple Tasks at a Time
These mistakes we often make start multiple tasks at a time. Sometimes we have a lot of work to complete in a short time. But always try to reduce the burden by working regularly. If you do not work regularly, there will be a time when you have to complete all the tasks in a short time, Obviously, it will not happen, and as a result, you become more frustrated.
Always try to work constantly and enjoy that process by doing daily tasks. Try to clear all lazy thoughts and negativity. Fill your mind with predictive thoughts. You just need to get into your process.
Enjoy the Working Process
You’ve probably heard it many times: do the job or work that brings you happiness and joy. In my opinion, not every work provides happiness. Even while doing our favorite work, we are unhappy at some point. I think it’s all of a mind game. If we succeed in telling our mind that is not a big or unpleasant task as we think. if we learn how to program our minds we can get desirable results.
Final Talk
Being productive depends on our thoughts. It doesn’t work by taking a cold shower. Working from is always challenging and less productive. We need extra effort to stay focused and motivated. By cultivating a proactive and positive mindset, you’ll not only enhance your productivity but also find a sense of empowerment in your work. So, don’t hesitate to kickstart your day with intention, and remember that your thoughts are the guiding force behind your productivity and success.
