Don’t stick to achieving goals at any cost. Sometimes we set the wrong resolution. Whenever you realize you are going in the wrong direction you should change your goal. because if the plan is not working taking the U-turn is the best decision
Always have Plan B
Some people believe in giving their all or nothing. But I’ve always thought it’s better to have a backup plan. When you set your New Year’s goals, it’s smart to think about what to do if things don’t go as expected. Instead of thinking about failing, it’s good to have a plan B if plan A is not working.
My Example Of Work Goals
In my example, I start to set goals in 2022. At that time I was going through a difficult time. Because my Freelancing account was disabled permanently. The pain point was I was near to achieving a level two seller badge. I worked hard, I remember many nights I did not sleep to find new clients. When I succeeded in growing and getting orders suddenly Fiverr disabled my account for a very small reason.
I lost my job and had no direction where to begin rebuilding my career. But then, I sat down and set new goals to get started.
