My Self-Care Routine
My Sunday morning starts late. On Sunday I get a good sleep and make breakfast late. Because Sunday is my relaxing day. Sometimes I go out otherwise I rest my body and do my favorite activities such as gardening, scrolling social media, meeting or calling friends, etc. First, one mistake that I often make is completing all of my daily routine work as usual. Then I realized instead of burnout on Sunday I should change my schedule and dedicate one day to self-care.To be honest this decision makes my Sunday more pleasant.

As you know moms have a lot of responsibility to balance their work life. Therefore most of the time they have no time for self-care to take a break and recharge their energy. Gardening
Spend some quiet time outside with your plants. Take your time and work at your own pace. You may find that working in the garden can be meditative and help reduce anxiety. My favorite activity is digging, planting, weeding, and pruning. It provides a sense of peace, relaxation, and connection to nature.
Take a moment to appreciate your hard work and the beauty of nature.

Create a face mask using ingredients like oatmeal, honey, and avocado. Soak your feet in Epsom salt and essential oils, and then treat yourself to a relaxing bath with bath bombs or bath salts. Afterward, moisturize your skin with a DIY coconut oil body butter. Finish off the experience with a cup of tea or coffee.
